Nose: The bouquet has dark, precise fruit with classic echoes of cherry, liquorice and light notes of tar.
Palate: The Sperss has a stringent Nebbiolo character typical for Serralunga: strong, masculine structure and a lot of ripe tannins.
Great with grilled fillet steak, or even carne cruda - raw beef or veal prepared the Piedmontese way.
