Colour: Ruby-red in colour.
Nose: Emphasised floral, herbal nose derived from berries, plums and liquorice.
Palate: In contrast to Sperss, which is massive and rich in tannins, the Conteisa embodies the essence of cerequio terroir. Soft texture and a character rich in finesse with perfectly integrated and delicate tannins.
Great with grilled fillet steak, or even carne cruda - raw beef or veal prepared the Piedmontese way.
