Palate: The Costa Russi often demonstrates the most refined and finest bouquet of all individual vineyards. Very concentrated fruit, voluminous, dense tannin structure, its finish is rich in aromas. This extremely complex, tightly woven wine has a large potential for maturing.
Great with grilled fillet steak, or even carne cruda - raw beef or veal prepared the Piedmontese way.
