Colour: It has a beautiful golden yellow colour, bright and sparkling.
Nose: Its aroma is intense and complex, with notes of local and exotic ripened fruit and of dried flowers imbued with a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom and passionflowers emerge.
Palate: In the mouth it is velvety. It has a perfectly balanced taste, a delicate aromaticity, and infinite persistence.

Excellent with chickpea purée and octopus sautéed with rosemary.
