Colour: It has a deep ruby-red colour with light garnet glimmer
Nose: An intensive concentration, mineral fruit aromatic of cherries and blackcurrants as well as aromas of herbs and exotic spices.
Palate: The Sorì Tildin has the most rounded taste profile of all Gaja vineyards. The full-body and the elegant texture of ripe tannins are typical for this finesse wine as quintessence of the region and the Nebbiolo grape. A great wine with exceptional potential for maturing.
Great with grilled fillet steak, or even carne cruda - raw beef or veal prepared the Piedmontese way.
