Nose: Complex aromas of forest fruits, plums, licorice, mineral, and coffee scents.
Palate: A backbone of tightly woven but refined tannins support black cherry, raspberry, white pepper, anise and tobacco.
Great with grilled fillet steak, or even carne cruda - raw beef or veal prepared the Piedmontese way.
