Colour: Pale golden colour with green and silver highlights.
Nose: An excellent aromatic balance opening onto the notes of white flowers (Lily, Fig, Whitethorns and Elderflower) followed by the mineral scents of limestone pebbles and flint with a citrus touch (lemon zest).
Palate: A very stimulating acidic freshness with a fruity roundness exquisitely gourmandise. A very beautiful and charming wine which is easy to drink. A solid structure marked by an intense stony minerality giving an agreeable volume full of the fruity flavours (white peaches, lychee and quince jelly). The finish exudes citrus notes confirming this wine’s agreeable vivacity.
