INGREDIENTS
50 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
8 Mint leaves
15 ml Simple syrup
Fresh mint on branch to garnish
COCKTAIL RECIPE
Step 1: Place the mint leaves in a tall Julep glass and gently press with a pestle to release flavours.
Step 2: Add the other ingredients along with crushed ice.
Step 3: Mix vigorously with a barspoon.
Step 4: Complete with crushed ice to fill and garnish with a sprig of mint.
